Payments may be processed by PayPal or other payment providers made available at checkout. Pawtrevia does not directly store complete credit or debit card numbers.

5. Orders
Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. We may cancel or decline an order for reasons including:

When an order is cancelled before fulfillment, any payment collected will be refunded to the original payment method.

We currently ship to eligible addresses within the United States.
Estimated delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur because of carrier disruptions, weather, customs processing, inventory availability, address problems, holidays, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Pawtrevia is not responsible for delays or losses resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address submitted by the customer.

7. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations
Returns, refunds, replacements, and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Return Policy.
Eligible products may generally be returned within 30 days of delivery. Orders may be cancelled within 1 hour of purchase, provided they have not already been processed or fulfilled.
Customers should review the Refund & Return Policy before completing a purchase.
8. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
Customers should inspect their order after delivery and contact us promptly if a product arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or different from the product ordered.
We may request photographs, videos, packaging information, or other reasonable evidence to evaluate the claim.
Depending on the circumstances, we may provide a replacement, refund, partial refund, or return instructions.
